SOUR DOUGH

LOVE SOUR DOUGH
  It is so amazing how you can bake bread with the sour dough starter that you have made yourself.  It is light and smooth with just the right about of robustly sour dough flavor.  The holes in this bread are amazing and I love to fill them with our honey.   This particular loaf is an Italian loaf.   But I really like the plain sour dough loaves that I back in bread pans.

These are sour dough English Muffins they are so addictive and also very good with honey.  Also they make the best breakfast sandwiches.
Feeling blessed that I have been given a chance to learn something new.
